ABOUT

BUILT ON EVIDENCE. DRIVEN BY EXPERIENCE.

I help ambitious endurance athletes push beyond plateaus and reach their personal best — through data-driven training, intelligent recovery, and a relentless focus on consistency. My coaching philosophy is grounded in proven sports science, tailored to your goals, your sport, and your life. Whether you're chasing a marathon PR, your first sprint triathlon, or an Ironman finish line, every plan is engineered for measurable progress and sustainable performance over the long haul. As an Ironman finisher with multiple 70.3 finishes and a range of results from 5K to half-marathon, I know firsthand what it takes to toe a start line and deliver. I'm a UESCA-certified triathlon coach, bringing proven, accredited methods to every athlete I work with.
